kate and trevor: Fathers day weekend!!!

This weekend most of Trevor's family were in town with the exception of Paul. So we had a fun little family filled weekend! Saturday the boys went shooting and when they got back all of us girls (that met the age and height requirement) took off to run some errands! Later that night some of us attended the Stake Patriotic Night, which my husband was singing in. It was really nice, although I usually feel VERY patriotic at events like this, this time felt different. Almost like the country I am living in is different to me somehow. Don't get me wrong I still love the United States of America and I appreciate all of the freedoms I enjoy but this year has just been different to me somehow!

Anyways fathers day was wonderful, I didn't get anything for Trevor because he wanted outdoorsie stuff and I am just not qualified to buy those things! haha. Our early dinner was wonderful and Cindy made these wonderful "pies."

Then we attempted to get some pictures of all the cousins together before Amy and Alex had to take off and it was......... fun. All of our poor children were tired and wanted to nap so we snapped a few pictures and then called it quits. In the pictures below they all look happy or not crying at least, in at least one of them!!!
