When we went to South Dakota we stayed in a little town called Keystone, which is the home town of my Great Grandpa! I love this little town, there are so many memories of my own childhood here, from the times when I would come to visit!
I don't really remember this building, I think it used to be a doctors office of sorts. I took a picture of it because I love yellow houses. I have slight obsession with them! In fact I secretly want to live in a yellow house but I can't seem to convince my husband!

Love it!!!
Here are some of the plants
While we were there we decided to ruff it old school style, well at least with our towels! It was just humid enough that our towels always felt wet so we hung them up on the clothes line outside. A few of the days we were there it rained and our towels ended up wetter than they started out!!!
The Keystone house!
This store used to be called Junk A Lot, and it was just that, a junk store. I loved this store, it was filled with random things. Now, as you can see, it is not that but every time I see it I think of the junk store.
This is the rock shop, this has been here for as long as I can remember too. I remember coming to visit Keystone and being so excited to come to this store and buy a rock. I still get just as excited, this year I bought a strand of rocks that were made into beads and my sister Hannah made a necklace for me out of them!!!
Inside the rock store!!!
This was a new store for me in Keystone. It kind of reminded me of the junk store, except the ladies that own it find all kinds of cool things and some of the things they restore or do creative things with. It was such a fun store and I even got to talk to the owner and she was so cool. She told me about what they do and how the run the store in this little town. She said it was a very laid back business, which is way nice and she can still put her family first. We also talked about education, where it is headed and what we think should be done. It was a very nice chat!!!

Hope you enjoy this post!!!
