This is my official first week without carbs. Why am I doing this you might ask, well I need to shed some pregnancy weight and more than that if I can really stick to it. I do not plan to do the no carb thing for too long but it is a good way to shed some weight fast. I pretty much think I have enough carbs in storage for a little while. So after a few months I am going to start adding in good carbs, and only once a day. For instance, if I want oatmeal that is my good carb for the day, or if I want pasta I will have wheat pasta for dinner. It will require more planning on my part, but a plan is never a bad thing. It hasn't killed me thus far, which is really a blessing I usually don't do well with "diets" but this is a lifestyle change!I am already seeing a difference. I just need to be better at planning meals that I don't need carbs with. Hopefully I will be sticking to this.
I will be adding a workout plan sometime soon too. I will update about my progress in a few weeks!!!
